I highly recommend reading Tiegan Williams 's new book on how to stop overthinking in relationships. The book was thorough and highly informative about setting SMART relationship goals in order to improve connection and build intimacy. I found the discussion about overcoming anxiety to be useful and practical. In addition, I have a greater understanding about how to set healthy relationship boundaries.
