Profound, funny & touching
Sob is a must listen. Not sure how Firoozeh Dumas managed to squeeze so much heartbreak and joy into a 49 minute audiobook, but I guess that’s her brilliance as a writer. She truly got to me on every level. It just came out today and I’m already listening to it for a second time.

This is a touching and timeless short story embodying the intertwined experiences of love and grief. So very relatable. In parts, I have laughed and I have cried. And the authors voice has soothed me on long, healing walks as I reflect on my own past experiences. Why do I listen to it again and again? Because it provides comfort and hope.
