Awakening Kundalini
Awakening Kundalini was well narrated and Lawrence Edwards' voice was very soothing during the guided meditations.
It would be helpful if the chapters were titled in Audible so that one could return to the various meditations easily. Thank You.

Just wonderful
This book was absolutely wonderful. I'm going to listen to it again, and follow the Meditations multiple times. it was wonderful. the performance was AMAZING. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the chants, the monks everything, just wonderful.

Great intro! Not a how to...
This is a very thorough intro. Not a how to. It provides a basis for understanding the process of the awakening as well as the reality of what it means. I appreciated the fact that the most important thing to understand is personal accountability through our spiritual development. The exercises at the end of the chapters are very helpful too.

This is exactly what I was looking for.
I kept having kundalini risings but I
Really didn't understand what was happening. This audiobook explains everything. If you are having kundalini and don't know what to do or what's going on. Please get this book.

I enjoyed his voice and what he said.
I liked that some of the chapters explained things and others were meditation with lots of OM! He makes sense and I want to be able to live an awakened life

very enlightening
I will be referencing this book a lot in the future! Not only did it break down what to expect with coming into Kundalini. It offered you some real mantras and chamts to assist you along the way.
