Pretty good
I enjoyed the book. Not crazy about the narrator for Sylvia. Her tone was a little jarring compared to the first half of the book. But overall enjoyed.

Another great book from Minka Kent
I’ve been waiting for another book from Minka Kent, this one was pretty good… I loved the narration which is the best part of audio books in my opinion.
The story line was good overall but was predictable early on. It was an easy listen but nothing that had a wow factor nor was the ending a very big surprise.
Great narration though and that’s what kept me listening

Great twist!
I enjoy Minka Kent novels and this was no different. It took most of the book before I realized the plot twist but then BAM!! It all tied together with a shocking twist and then again at an unexpected winding down moment. Bravo!

A very good story.
This story to me started a little slow, but picked up pretty fast.
What I really appreciated was the writer didn't need to put a whole lot of profanity or sex in her book to be creative. It was creative as being an enjoyable story with a very nice ending. Thankyou to the writer. It was also very well presented by a very good reader. I will be looking for another book by this author very soon.

interesting storyline
The Silent Woman by Minka Kent is everything you love about a thriller.
While the climb up to the climax is a bit slow, Minka does a fantastic job at planting the seeds of doubt in your attempt to figure out the villain of the story. Each of the characters in the story all serve their purpose and help add to the mysterious aspect of the story.
If you enjoy thrillers, this is a good book to listen to. the narration was as exciting as the book was and did a great job at continuing the exciting parts of the story.

Too predictable
This story gripped me from the beginning.... but fell short in the end. I was expecting a twist somewhere along the way. From the beginning, I felt I knew how it would end but hoped to be surprised. I was not.

There was no suspense, no page turning moments. The ending had no twist or shocking revelation l.lol, it was just flat.
This might be better in the category of “cozy mystery”
