Narrator was unbearable
The story was pretty good, but the narrator made it so difficult to listen to. Her voice was a constant whine and pleading. You couldn’t even tell what needed emphasis.

Started out slow
The narrator was definitely not good at the beginning, though she got a bit better along the way. The plot was a bit slow as well picking up around the middle. Overall all it was a decent listen.

Good Story line
I found this book to be good enough to stick with it. Even with the extremely annoying narrator. It was almost laughable in parts with the way she told it. Ugh.

What an end!
Kevin is on my list of favorite authors. I've read many of his books. I know some might say it was easy to figure out the killer, but it was still fun to get there. The end though. I'm still shaken. I feel I need a sequel.
The performance was good overall, but the narrator would get pretty hysterical. and all characters sounded the same when they were hysterical. I guess it's hard to make unique voices under those conditions, but it was a bit annoying to hear the whining and distressed voice.
I recommend the book!
