Simple and Beneficial

This is the most simple and beneficial podcast I have ever heard. Gary does a fantastic job of breaking down reasons to make simple health changes in your life. He and his guests are always very authentic, kind-hearted, and joyful. Thank you for doing what you’re doing Gary.

everything, this man and information is changing my life and making it easy

Get busy living or get busy dying!

I listen to a good bit of podcasts and Audibles, but look forward to new episodes of The Ultimate Human! I listen in the gym and get motivated to take a cold bath even when I don’t want to. If you want to do your part living as long as possible, tune into this podcast and take action on some of these nuggets!
