We're kicking off this podcast with a billion-dollar scam that only old-school kids will recall! Miss Cleo and the Psychic Readers Network’s case is so full of questions and hilarious highlights that we decided to cover it for our pilot episode. Are big-time fraudsters sociopaths or psychopaths? This is the third and final part of the infamous Miss Cleo's case and to do that with a flourish, J. Michael Skiba, AKA. In part 2 of our mini-series on Jacob Wohl, we pivot to his political frauds–covering his ploys to defame Dr. Fauci, Elizabeth Warren, and even Mayor Pete. While just as ludicrous as his earlier financial crimes, his political schemes seem to lack conviction–both in the sense that he no longer seems invested in sustaining charades longer than it takes to create chaos and because he isn't held responsible for them.
