Because activities change with each season, plans and vision must change as well. God's Word tells us that, for every purpose under heaven, there is a time and a season.
The children of Issachar were described as wise because they knew times and seasons, and what God’s people should do. (1 Chronicles 12:32). We need that wisdom to abide in us today.
