This series…… even after the second book this series is still in my top 10 series to listen to. Action, adventure, murder, and love. As well as a bunch of other things when will book three be out in audible, it had better be soon.

yes the MC is OP. But most of the focus is on people, interactions, and finding his place in his new world. it's fun, witty and I can't wait for the next one

A Strong Second Volume
Picking up from the end of the first volume, Torith is able to keep pace. The story still does not challenge many of the tropes of the genre, but is able to present them in interesting and believable ways. While certain events seem to move faster than they should, this does not affect the story at large, making the story and events more robust albeit shorter.

It got even better!
This second book shows how much better the author got with telling his or her story! Much improved from the first and I loved every second of this one and not just the middle and end. On my way now to book 3 so can’t wait to see how much improvements it has.
