A Positive Book Full of Hope and Healing
This book was a great read. It is such a positive book and brings to light the often much misunderstood problems of disordered eating which are pervasive throughout our society. While eating disorders, negative body image and anxiety are common in our society (thanks to unrealistic media), etc., this book works to create a path forward so that anyone dealing with these things will have specific steps they can take. It's also a great book if you're trying to understand where someone in your life is coming from when they are struggling with these issues - so that you can be a better friends, parent, or co-worker to them. I definitely recommend this book and found it helpful. It deepened my understanding of these issues as well as gave me a specific toolset for dealing with body image anxiety and eating disorders.

Great suggestions!
This audiobook is a great journey talking thru body positivity and self-love. I appreciated the 10 step roadmap to help break away from the negative mindsets and disordered thoughts, leading to more confidence and love. This book helps recognize and handle triggers, which is such a large component of shifting mindset. Recommend!

Helps improve body image
This book takes you through a journey to help overcome problems that have a big impact on someone’s overall wellbeing. The book helps you understand the reasonings why you have had a lower body image so you can understand the thought process to really help overcome the root of the issue instead of a short term fix.
