This Changes Everything

if you are experiencing dysfunctional symptoms in your 30s and over, please get this book. Everything here is scientifically sound and absolutely will help bring your health back. I got the audiobook because I like Mindy's vocal tone and delivery, just as in her youtube channel. Super positive and tons of solutions so that all bases are covered. You will want to take notes!

Very good I hope I can do it

I know this will sound petty, but it’s difficult for me to hear her say fewd instead of food. I know I’m a horrible person… I’m sorry… But it’s just my experience.

A book of action items

Thoroughly enjoyed the book. Lots of valuable information and action items that can be applied. I like the holistic approach to tackling the menopausal symptoms. The length of the book is also perfect, without fluff.

Can’t wait to implement

I’m so glad I found this just as I am entering peri menopause. Since following Dr Mindy’s guidelines, I have less PMS migraines.

Thank you, Dr. Mindy!

My boyfriend and I were adopting the OMAD lifestyle. Although I loved it at first, I started feeling a little out of balance. I have a history of hormone-driven epilepsy that hadn’t reared its head in years. When my progesterone levels get too low, it’s dangerous for me. Anyway, after watching Dr. Mindy’s videos on YouTube and listening to this audio book, I’ve been able to reset my hormones and feel much better.

The most important book women need to read

Author explains in a simple way how our body/hormones work and influenced by what and when we eat, how internal and external stressors influence our hormones and contribute to its deregulation, which in turn affects our metabolism, ability to loose weight, have normal restoring sleep. If you want to optimize your hormone balance for the best health benefits, read or listen the book. It’s life changing!

Wealth of really great info

I'll start with the pros! Tons of really great information that I'd never heard before. I'm very excited to add on to steps 1 & 2!!! I already have dabbled in those areas separately but something was off. I did lose 26 lbs but then stalled. Now I believe I have the answers I needed!
The only con, for me it was a bit of a big one, is many of the recommendations from supplements to things like red light therapy and testing were all very expensive. I'm a Midwestern rural mom of 7 who lives on 1 income. Nearly all the recommendations were out of reach for me.
I won't let that stop me just felt it was worth a mention. I always feel better about things like that when I know them ahead of time and can tune them out since they aren't attainable for me.
