What a great book. It gave me a much deeper understanding of how Israel works and a context for everything that is going on right now. The author was so clear in his explanations and definitions - he did not just assume the reader/listener would understand various terms that might be commonplace in Israel. I began the book knowing very little about Israel - and finished it with great admiration and understanding.
