Good listen

This was a good series! It was great hearing about places I've visited and the story for the most part was well written. I also enjoyed the narrator.

New Zealand?!

Loves the story. Living in the Waikato myself and being a keen bush man there was a lot to relate to with the locations. The narrator however just butchered our accent🤦🏼‍♂️ Sorry Adrian, try and use a kiwi narrator next time.

It's a really good action packed novel, you really can't go wrong. The only downfall is it's so action packed sometimes it's hard to follow what's going on

I really enjoyed hearing about the Fee's trials and tribulations during their journey in keeping their land safe. I did think Dee's mother was going to make an appearance. The narrator did a great job.

Overall very enjoyable well written series

Overall very enjoyable well written series, the only thing I thought was weird was how the main characters were obsessed with making their own baby, even when they couldn't keep their puppy or the two children in their care safe... even when their was 6 orphans that needed to be cared for and food was scarce & vaccines nonexistent. Everything else was great, but that one theme was a head scratcher.

narrator butchered place names and maori names. could have got a nz narrator or done some training

I had a really great time as a southern woman listening to the kiwi dialect, imagining what it must be like for him to listen to my relatively deep southern drawl. I live this man's voice, pro/enunciation! The books themselves are very good,, and kept me entranced.. I have not yet looked, but i would love to explore more of his works. Thanks so much for the story, and the most excellent narrator!

This was an excellent series! I enjoyed all of it, which I amazing. Jack is camping with his phone turned off. When he gets back to civilization he gets messages from his wife that a virus has been spreading and he needs to get home. The plan is to pack up and go to a secluded cabin they have. Plans go wrong. People turn into monsters. Dee turns into a hero. It really is a good series.
