Publisher's summary

A psychotic killer hijacked her mind and her body. She’s taking them back.

Eighteen-year-old Anna Morgan is on the run from the very government project that created her abilities. Now they seek to weaponize the gift she doesn’t want and can’t control: the invasion of her mind and her body by spirits, some of whom have their own unusual powers. Her latest “hitcher” is a former top Delphi executive. Unlike Anna’s previous guests, this one has taken over, and he’s on a personal mission of revenge.

The target is Senator Ronald Cregg, a corrupt, power-hungry presidential candidate. One of Delphi’s creators, he’s now manipulating the public into believing “psychic terrorists” are a scourge to be eliminated. There’s only one way to stop him, but Anna draws the line at murder.

Pulled into a dark conspiracy, Anna struggles to reclaim her body, mind, and soul as she and the other Delphi psychics join together to fight for their right to exist.

Felt very original

I thoroughly enjoyed this series of books. Narrator was great. Usually when I get a trilogy I feel somewhat let down by the 2nd or 3rd book. It's really hard to keep a story as entertaining as this throughout all 3 books. Kudos to the author because the second and third book had me wanting still more. I would love to know what happens next, but I think the story ended exactly where it should have.

Good book, I think? Audible review

I enjoy most of Bella Forrest’s writings. She creates wonderful worlds to get lost in. Any negative views I have on this book isn’t Bella’s fault or based on her story. The audio presentation was out of order and I ended up listening to the last half of the book first without realizing it. Ruined the story for me and have no reason the listen to the first half as I already know the ending. Again, not Bella’s fault but the producers. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get to enjoy the entire book as Bella wrote it.

loved the whole series

Great story, and a great reading, I loved it! (3ed book starts a bit slow, stick with it, it's worth it)

very creative

Ryan is extremely creative and engaging with her writing style. Less innuendo would have made this a wonderful 5 star book

decent book.

narrator did a great job. The story/theme is very reminiscent of X-Men story. I don't want to give any spoilers but ending was very quick and felt the villains got cleaned up very easily.

Great ending to great series

I loved this series and am happy with the ending. The author is so talented at creating such rich characters and I want to continue to find out what happens in their lives. Can I request a Delphi/Timebound crossover? That’s just what I imagined the Delphi project leading to when I started it after finishing the Timebound series.
