Resumen del Editor

An Exemplary Inspirational Memoir From Behind Bars
This book is a work of nonfiction based on Tom Wilmas’s personal experience, dozens of news articles, court testimonies; declassified FBI and Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms records; and files regarding CSA (The Covenant, Sword, and Arm of the Lord—a White Supremacist paramilitary organization) that he belonged to. Later he became an informant to the FBI regarding CSA.
Much of the narrative of SEDITION RISING is based on Christian Nationalism, religious fanaticism, the White Patriotic Movement perspective, coding, and ideological rhetoric. With a photographic memory, he openly shares about his abusive childhood, his misguided behaviors as a young man, and his involvement with CSA.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Tom Wilmas, a prisoner in Missouri serving a life sentence but hopefully will be released this year, has used his time in prison to transform his consciousness, heal, and inspire others. Serving as a mentor and rehabilitation program facilitator, he has received numerous commendations from Missouri lawmakers and correctional managers.
In 2022, he was the first inmate in the U.S. to found a scholarship program called The Amethyst Scholarship Fund that raises tuition for orphans whose parents were killed by violent crime:
