A great tool to navigate menopause

This is a guide with insights tips/hacks for women on the journey of menopause or those that are still to experience menopause. Having a pre knowledge prepares you to the unknown given that it varies from person to person. It empowers me by educating me on how to prepare if you are getting there. This book has also done a great deal on self esteem and resiliency aspect in me.

A Great book for my Partner!

great info

all women who are about to start perimenapause should have a book like this one. All you ever hear about is hot flashes but there is so much more to know. this book covers it all and has a lot of great information on how to cope with all the changes. I would definitely recommend this!
