Ram Dass gives clarity on "difficult human emotions"
There's some unfortunate bad cuts between sections, which is why I dinged performance, but Ram Dass shines through clearly with insight and pointers on being with/transforming what we think of as the difficult human emotions.

Always learning
I just adore Ram Dass he has this way of sharing that’s inevitable to feel my heart opening in every question , suggestions and loving knowledge he gives. Making notes always of his wisdom
