Much Needed!
I have an extended family member whose life was destroyed when he became addicted to pain medication after knee surgery many years ago. Watching him lose everything made me VERY cautious about using pain medication. I love the holistic options for managing pain presented in this audiobook! They are easy to implement and can be a game-changer when dealing with chronic discomfort. I'm definitely recommending this book to my friends and family who experience pain on a regular basis!
