Calming and relaxing

I did not know God but know I know that Jesus died rose saved me from my sin and I know more about the Bible

Exactly what I need

If you are wanting or needing calm in the midst of a storm, this is for you. I couldn’t recommend it enough! It’s a great way to focus on our Lord and have self care at the same time.

I relaxed and didn't even realize it.

I absolutely love this app! I have ro take a handful of sleeping medicine every night. My hope is that this will allow me to slowly remove them with this app.
