This book was perfect. I am a beginner and plan to travel to Japan. The three-part concept of Reading, Writing, and Speaking made it easier to understand. The phases are broken down so you can understand how everything comes together. I am a former teacher and am so glad I have this book. I will use it as a resource in the future. This was a very big project, and the author did a wonderful job. I was planning on buying a few books, but this is all rolled into one. I highly recommend this book!

Great introduction to learning Japanese

My daughter is taking a trip to Japan as her senior graduation gift, and I told her she needed to start familiarizing herself with the language.
