Kinda weak story line

I've reconsidered my original review and added a star. I still think the premise of the main story thread is weak, but the secondary one makes up for it, as does the wrap-up of the main story line. And I do so love Rusty Nelson's performances -- they bring the characters and beautiful, troubled New Mexico alive, and through him I know that I know EXACTLY how Bill Gastner sounds -- but Lord how I wish someone had worked just a few minutes with him on something approximating decent Spanish pronunciation. It's just not that difficult. No matter its weaknesses, it's a Posadas mystery read by Rusty Nelson, so I'm going to listen to it again and again.

Another master

Always love the way the stories are interwoven. Never disappointed. A joy to see familiar characters.

Slow, laboriously under developed, not as good as past stores.

So many interesting possibilities this story could have taken yet it didn't twist anywhere but the obvious. And it didn't do it very interestingly. Some details were over developed and went uninterestingly nowhere. Such a disappointment especially after previously enjoying many of the stories in this series. Aways enjoy the narration
