Lost Soul
It's been almost 5 years since I got separated from my ex husband of 29 years, I've struggling since then and I just started therapy like 2 months ago and 1 month into my therapy I upon this amazing book it has helped me a lot and I've learned a lot from it as well I have listened to it around 4 or 5 times already specially when I'm feeling down or something when or is going wrong in my life I've lost a lot in my life that I didn't cooped with and I know it's going to take me some time but with this book and what I have learned from it I know I'll get better. Thank you Teresa for your amazing gift.

I needed this more than I could imagine
I downloaded this book to help my partner heal after her mother passed away last week. I have never been so helpless throughout the 16 years we have been together, so when I saw this book. I didn’t realize how much I needed these lessons as well. Thank you

So much healing!
This book is real, positive and gives you hope. The past few years have been wild and everyone has experienced a loss. Not just someone passing away. This book is a big hug from Theresa. It gave me hope!
