A very practical approach to meditation
My first guided mediation was by Light and I now considered myself lucky to have a teacher like him. For a long time I always heard people talk about meditation as if it was some kind of mythical art of zen. Not until I met light did I realize meditation was a much simpler and more obtainable practice.
For anyone looking to get started in meditation, his book goes into detail on how and why the method he uses is both practical and useful.

Super effective meditation method
I've been meditating for about 6 years but never achieved the level of relaxation that I did almost immediately with this book. I really didn't know what that kind of relaxation felt like before. Also it has the wonderful advantage of setting you on a course to develop an engrained and strong habit of meditation quickly.

Changed my Meditation. 100% yes! Read it!
I always knew that I wanted to do meditation but it felt so tedious and every time I would go to sit down and meditate I would be worried that I wouldn’t do it right, I didn’t have the right body position, or I didn’t have enough time or or or or or.... since reading this book I have been meditating consistently and without judging each individual meditation I have noticed an overall difference in my mood and outlook outside of my meditations. Another thing I really loved about the book is it gives me a lot of background/knowledge on the brain and why certain things in meditation work or cause you to overthink things. All in all it is made my meditation experience so much more enjoyable and something that I feel confident in now. If you’re curious about meditation I would 100% recommend reading this book!!

Life-Changing
This book is incredible. I started listening to this because acupuncturist recommended it sure to my high stress job. After listening to this book and implementing his techniques, my stress levels (and heartburn and acid reflux) lowered and eventually disappeared. It's a simple method but takes dedication, totally worth it. Thanks for sharing your gift Light!

Great place to start for beginning meditators
Being a daily meditator and using this technique for almost three years, I feel like my practice is enriched from listening to this book. I also tell people frequently about the benefits of meditating, but can't really explain my practice because it can't be learned from a book. Light Watkins does a wonderful job of teaching about the technique as well as gives a simple meditation to get people started, but then also explains why they need to explore further and find a teacher to truly get the most out of the practice. Happy meditating, future readers, and hope you experience "Bliss More" after reading this great book!

Great for beginners like me
I am 3 weeks into my mediation practice based 100% on this book. Light makes it easy to understand and more importantly to do! If you have been thinking about getting into meditation, this is the perfect starting point!

The experience
Once you get into this book you will listen how he debunks most myths about meditation and how mediation works properly! Changed my entire perception on meditating and have adopted a new way of life. Thank you light!

WOW. It really works!
I've been a novice meditator for years and recently decided to add a second daily meditation to compliment my morning sit. I found Light on insta and enjoy his daily dose emails, so I thought I'd give his book a listen to see if I could tap into more bliss.
The answer is YES. WOW. Light's approach is very thoughtful, thorough, and E A S Y. I'm getting so much bliss out of meditation - and just generally feel much more chill all around.
If you're a beginner, good for YOU. You'll LOVE this book!
If you're a regular meditator looking to go deeper and try another approach, you'll LOVE this book.
It's really enjoyable and full of insight. Plus, Light reads it to you! What more could one ask for?
